Bordering Oceans The bordering Oceans are the Pacific Ocean, and the Arctic Ocean.

Large bodies of water include Lake Decalog, Korea Bay,and the Ural River.

Major seas include Sea of Japan, East China Sea, South China Sea, and the Yellow Sea.

Topographical Features in the region are the Ural Mountains, the Himalayas Mountains, the Tibetan Plateau, the Gobi Desert, the Taklamakan Desert, Subarctic Climate in Siberia, Tundra in Siberia, Altai Mountains, Steppes in Kazakhstan and Mongolia


Rivers Major rivers include the Yangtze, the Yenisei, the Lena, the Ob, the Amur, The Pearl, The Yellow, and the Lao He

Northern Asia is part of the climate zone humid continental. 4 The climate includes humidity, severe and dry winters, and hot summers. 4
