The Gravettian culture was a host of many new devices that helped them survive in the cold northern weather.  Without the Gravettian's advance in hunting gear and the arts, the Aurignacians would have perished sooner. The Gravettian's dwelled in semi- permanent villages with larger populations, enabling them to live peacefully together and arrange their affairs in an orderly manner. Also, evidence shows that the Gravettian's payed more attention to home activity and comfort. They made huts out of stone, wood, bones and the hides of animals. Inside these huts, hearths were placed to provide warmth and act as a light source. Thus proven by my research the Gravettian culture was incredibly impactful and influential to modern day life.
