4. Zoser

Zoser was one of the first people, along with Imhotep, to create a gigantic stepped tomb. His tomb at Saqqara was 204 feet high and was the first of the pyramids. His pyramid was the largest building of his time.

Zoser himself was the 2nd king of the 3rd dynasty. According to the Turin King List[1], Zoser ruled Egypt for 19 years. Nimaathapu was Zoser's wife but was also his mother. Zoser also expanded Egypt's territory to include Elephantine at the First Cataract.
