Patriarch- Means "Father-ruler" The male head of a family or group. Ex. Abraham was the first patriarch of the Hebrews.
Covenant- A formal agreement Ex. Abraham formed a covenant with God
Monotheism- Belief in only one God Ex. The Hebrews believed in one God.
