Culture are based on beliefs, values, and ideals which make up a rule book for how the members of a culture act. Values are the predetermined views of whats right or wrong and good or bad. 

According to Steve Pavlina some important values include, amazement, benevolence, and sensitivity, however those are just one mans beliefs. The values of a culture can vary greatly however all values that a culture believee in effect how the members of the culture act.
