According to Oxford dictionaries, ka is a noun that means (In ancient Egypt) the supposed spiritual part of an individual human being or god, which survived (with the soul) after death and could reside in a statue of the person. Using the last paragraph on page 52 the definition of ka is part of the person that can be hidden deep down in the soul but will eventually be found. Ka is an ancient Egyptian myth. When someone sinned it was called "an abomination of the ka" When shown in a statue, the ka appeared as the person whose it was with bent arms at a 90º angle above the head. One person could have multiple ka. Ka was beleived to survive with the soul after death.
