16. Rules have exceptions
Merriam Webster defines a rule as, "a statement that tells you what is or what is not allowed in a particular game, situation, etc." Others think of rules as guidelines that are meant to be broken. but all rules have exceptions. In this chapter, Vinny bends some rules. At the very beginning of the chapter Vinny explains,"'It was the other way around.
