Younger Dryas

14,000 years ago the world started to warm. Because of this, food was more readily available, allowing groups of people to remain stationary instead of traveling. People started to build permanent living structures. By the end of the period, humans started to domesticate animals. The younger dryas was responsible for the beginning of civilizations and the beginning of farming and agriculture.
