Philistines
Philistines, also known as Sea people, lived in the land between the sea and the Jordan river. They were aggressive people, good with boats and sea trade and they appeared throughout history as destroying and attacking empires. A battle between the Philistines and the new Israel causes the Israelite nation to become a monarch. They worshiped three gods but respected the Arc of the Covenant. They were proficient in the production of alcohol. They used iron armor and weapons in their army which is the reason they were so successful in combat.
