History 8 Agriculture Vocabulary

An archaeological dig site that was unearthed in the late 1950s, and is our oldest known example that people have fully transitioned from the hunter-gatherer lifestyle to a full on settled lifestyle that involves complicated trade and social systems that distinguish the wealthy from the poor. Again what lead to this amazing town to be built was the discovery of bread and because the wheat and barley was plentiful they had as much bread as they could produce. This dependable food source was the important factor that led to the build of Catal Huyuk.
