Bias is the term used to explain how the way someone feels about the world can effect how they interpret historical artifacts and events of the past. You can see examples of bias in many different scenarios; when stories of battles are written by their victors, books made by different countries about the same war, just recounting it in a different way, companies putting out certain things based on what will please advertisers, and so much more.
