Short Answer:

Implementation of security measures, the formation of the group of specialists called soldiers, creation of laws and further division of classes

Long Answer:

There were several effects of property ownership that arose. Security measures were implemented to protect peoples' land such as barriers and walls to keep the unwanted people out (eventually leading to the construction of forts and citadels). A group of specialists emerged known as soldiers who both defended property and avidly seeked more property to claim as their own. Rules were also developed to help regulate property ownership (eventually led to the legal system). Finally, property ownership led to a division of power and wealth, further enforcing the idea of class systems throughout these early societies.
