22. micro-flints

Hominids used many tools in order to survive their harsh climates and in order to hunt animals. Hominids began to create blades out of bone and antler that were very tough snd sturdy to do things like hunting or cutting large objects. Along with large blades hominids could also manufacture blades as small as three quarters of an inch, these were called micro-flints, and they were used for doing precision work. In order to make micro flints workers would take very small stones and flake parts away creating a very fine and sharp edge. Micro flints became a very common thing among hominids and were able to prove themselves helpful in there time on earth.
