The beaker people were the traders of Europe. The Beaker people brought the spirit of change, horseback riding, the idea of leader and followers and the method of combining tin and copper to create bronze. The name came from the beaker shaped pottery that they made to contain the mead, a alcoholic drink mixed with honey. The beaker people transformed how Europeans lived and how they expanded. The Beaker people created trade and a form of government where the leader decides what is best for the village. The Beaker people also brought the form of burring someone with their possessions in a round graves, this was a very individual society. With the new form of smelting and combining metals, the Beaker people created new weapons. Horseback riding was a quick method of moving around and the sight of a man in shining armor looking over you often deterred attackers. The beaker people transformed Europe by creating an individualistic society, creating the idea of leaders and followers, combining tin and copper, and horseback riding.
