CLIMATE FACTORS:

La Paz being in South America, causing April to October to be their cold, dry winter months and November to March being the warm, wet, Summer months. Bolivia has very diverse elevations, seeing that La Paz also follows that trend.

The basic weather patterns are the wet and dry season. The prevailing winds include some rain bearing winds from the Amazon Basin and the Surazos, a dust laden wind that blows across the plains. La Paz is predominately a low pressure zone.
