Odessa is near 50° N latitude, in the mid lattitudes high presure. It's topogrophy is flat and it is located on the NW shore of the Black Sea. It is very humid because it is very near the black sea. It's prevailing winds come from N. Its strongest winds though come from NNE and NNW. It is also humid because the black sea is on it's coast.
