Byte

A byte is a basic unit of storage/memory or measurement, used in computers, most often composed of 8 bits. A bit is a unit of binary information having just 2 values, 0 or 1, yes or no, on or off, it is a blend of binary digits. There are different names for different amounts of bytes, such as-

    •	1,000 bytes are a kilobyte
    •	1,000,000 bytes are a megabyte
    •	1,000,000,000 bytes are a gigabyte
    •	1,000,000,000,000 bytes are a terabyte
