Graphics Card
A graphics card makes images visible on a computer screen. Also known as the video card, the graphics card is inserted into a motherboard which is the central processing system for the computer. A Graphics Card is very important to computers, tv’s, and such because they create the pictures. Some video cards offer added functions, such as video capture, mouse, light pen, and joystick connectors. The way a graphics card creates a picture is by translating signals into arrangements of pixels.
