Paint.

Def: (pro. noun) paint is a simple picture making/editing program which usually comes with Windows.

A picture that is drawn by paint is called a bitmap. This means that the picture is made up of a grid of tiny, little dots, like pixels.

Paint has a tool bar that offers many different textures, utensils, etc. For example, there is a spray paint can, a pencil, an eraser, and many more.

Paint can be used for leisurely drawing, editing pictures, and making cards for special occasions.

Paint has 28 different colors in the "Color Bar", but if you'd like a wider range of colors, you can go to the color wheel and pick from a very big selection

If you navigate your cursor up to the "Image" bar, Paint will give you many options to make your picture more interesting. For example, when using the "Image" bar you can make your picture clear/opaque or make the colors inverted. Close to the "Image" bar there is the "File" bar and, when you click on it, you can make the picture you have drawn on paint your computer's background!
