History 8 Environment Bone From a Dry Sea

19. Presentation

Presentation can make all the difference in how things are interpreted, whether it is in advertisements, situations presented in specific ways, or much else. For example, in BFDS Dr. Hamiska states, "even now, with your daughter's help, you are attempting to see that our find is denied the publicity it needs for me to raise the funds to conduct a full-scale excavation of this site next year" (149). Whether or not the fossils were made public enough determined if the team could go back, which is a perfect example of how presentation translates into the outcome of events. Another example of this is how when a student presents information, the way they say or show certain facts will help figure out how other students absorb this information.
