Probable Theory

Probable theory is a stage in the Funnel of Certainty (see page). It comes after the speculative phase. At that phase, possibilities begin to be narrowed, either by testing, or by Ockham's razor. Then it reaches the level of probable theory. After that if it still proves to be a good theory (hence the "probable") it will become a law.
