Example 1, The Phoenicians:
"Jezebel was right: the only way to keep the true faith alive was by doing away with the prophets... she knew that there comes a moment where violence is the only answer." (148) The Phoenicians and Jezebel attempt to unite the people and change their different beliefs. The prophets teach a different religious message than hers and, for this reason, Jezebel wants to get rid of the prophets. By doing this, Jezebel is hoping to unite the people and their beliefs.
