29. H. Sapiens are the Only Hominid Left. Why?

Homo Sapiens, the wise men, are the only species of hominid left on Earth. Although no living person was there and we can not know for certain, there are several different theories and speculations about why the Homo Sapiens survived and the Neanderthals did not.

Out of Africa Theory

Some historians believe that the H. Sapiens traveled out of Africa and began populating the areas where the Neanderthals were living. Eventually the H. Sapiens, more flexible to the changing climates and smarter, drove the Neanderthals to extinction.
