Step 3: Right Speech (known as samma vaca in Pali)

Our speech has a lot pf power, and can influence many lives. The definition of right speech is "And what is right speech? Abstaining from lying, from divisive speech, from abusive speech, & from idle chatter: This is called right speech." — SN 45.8. Lying, gossip, speech meant to hurt someone, speech without any purpose and speech meant to create arguments are not considered right speech. Instead one must monitor their speech, talk friendly only when necessary, and only tell the truth.

Step 4: Right Action (known as samma kammanto in Pali)

The definition of right speech is "And what is right action? Abstaining from taking life, abstaining from stealing, abstaining from unchastity. This is called right action."— SN 45.8 Right actions are wholesome,mindful, and purposeful, and can lead to sound states of mind. Right action cannot have any connection to one's attractions. Right action includes, karma, meaning action in sanscript. Right action can come in three forms: mental, physical, and verbal. In total, right actions do good, like teaching, and helping.
