Factors that Regulate the Climate
During the begginig of June to the end August, Cape Town's winter months, most of it's annual rainfall occurs because of the mountainous topograph, though the amount of rainfall in a specific part of a city varies dramtically. During the Summer, November to March, there is a south-easterly wind caused by a high pressure system, known as the South-Atlantic High. [5]
