Khafre was the fourth Pharaoh of Egypt. He is thought to have ruled Egypt from 2,520 to 2,494 BC during the Old Kingdom. Khafre was a gifted king who built a pyramid in Giza. In addition, he is believed to be the face of the Great Sphinx.
